Sign looks great. There was a mix up with the wrong plug attached and when I called they shipped one to me with a fast courier so I had it the next day and were so sweet and polite. Lovely people. Would recommend the multi coloured sign where you can choose from a full rainbow of colours.

Great service from the team. I ordered during the festive season and hadn’t read the measurement requirements correctly. They sent me a “mock” design and I realised my mistake so decided to cancel as it was going to be too small. They said they could change it slightly which they did. Once the sign arrived I loved it . But the AC/DC adapter had a fault. A quick response from my email and a new one was ordered through a link and refunded . First class!!
At first we received our sign but was damaged in transit, without hesitation we were looked after with a replacement one and we are very happy with the product. Customer service was excellent and very good product at a very competitive price. Highly recommend 👌

There was a slight delay with delivery but the customer service team communicated really well and kept me up to date. I am particularly impressed with the after sales care. OK, but not perfect
We were very happy with the sign, but the company ‘lost points’ by not delivering in time for Christmas as they had promised. Email communication was OK but phones were not answered. On receipt the product appeared faulty but this turned out to be an obscure problem with the fuse holder in the plug of the generic power supply. Luckily five minutes with a multimeter and the problem was located and resolved .

I was thrilled to receive my pink (paler of the two pinks!) It’s a wonderful life neon sign.
It makes a real statement, much more than l had imagined and l couldn’t be more delighted!
I went for the normal thickness of tube, not ‘bold’ and it is certainly much brighter and better than l had hoped.
